I hope you love your artwork. If you change your mind about a standard print purchased online, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned prints should be carefully repackaged and returned in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke commissions and clearly personalised artwork made specifically to your requirements are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the problem and I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
